Shipping

Latitudes Boutique is always happy to provide Free domestic shipping for all orders over $50.  Please allow 3-10 business days when selecting FREE SHIPPING.

Latitudes Boutique is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages.  Latitudes Boutique is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.  Please ship your item to a secure location.

Exchanges

If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact us within 30 days at latitudesjupiter@gmail.com and we will send you a return label on us and honor your return for store credit.  Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.

As long as we still have the item in stock, we are always happy to offer size exchanges free of charge within 30 days of purchase.  Please note that we do buy in limited quantities and cannot always guarantee the item will be available for exchange. 

RETURNS:

If you would like a refund to your original payment, you must reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase.  Please note, for returns to your original payment, a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply.  

Please email us at latitudesjupiter@gmail.com for returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order so we can email you a shipping label.  We will not accept any returns that do not have a return label created by us.  

**Please note that all SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

**Latitudes Boutique has the right to use discretion on returns and exchanges and has the right to refuse a return or exchange for excessive returns or any other reason.

Damaged & Defective Items.

Please inspect your item immediately upon arrival.  If your item is damaged or defective, we will be happy to offer a refund of original payment or exchange your item within 48 hours of receiving your item.

 

We are proud to offer you fast shipping on all orders, because of this we cannot cancel any orders once they have been placed.
